During the past thirty plus years Matthews Studio Equipment has supplied the production community with heavy-duty VATOR cranking stands. From Low Boy VATORS to the SUPER Crank-O-Vators, productions around the world have learned to trust Matthews VATORS for reliable, robust and strong large fixture support.
Matthews now introduces the next generation of VATOR stands: VATOR III. The VATOR III family of dependable, safe, cranking stands continues the respected operating and performance characteristics of the past VATORS, while adding new models and features. As always, safey and low maintenance are both key factors in the design, engineering and manufacture on the VATOR III stands.
VATOR III stands are manufactured using the latest CAD-CAM techniques, precision laser cutting/machining and CNC machining to ensure accuracy and dependability. The 'core' of the VATOR III stands is the precision rack and pinion gear drive mechanism that reduces components within the drive train to only two moving parts. This ensure years of reliable operation with minimal maintenance.
Matthews has such great confidence in the new VATOR III stands that each stand is covered by a three year warranty under normal operating conditions. Excludes wheels and tires.
