We ship all of our shipments by FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service. The Shopping Cart will calculate this price automatically as if shipped from our warehouse in Wyoming, Michigan. Some items may be drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. In those cases, we may need to calculate shipping and confirm with you before executing the order.
Please remember that FedEx and UPS will NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.
If you would like a faster shipping service, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, or you have a different carrier preference, we would be more than happy to arrange for that. We can also ship on your account. Please email us at email@example.com or call 1-888-530-7440 so we can accommodate your shipping needs. In case of shipping damage, please call or email us and we will contact the carrier to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
At Lowing Light & Grip, we believe in the products we offer, and we stand behind every product we sell. We warranty our products for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. We are not responsible for damage caused by abuse, neglect, accident, exposure to rain or moisture, or natural disaster. If you have a problem with any products you purchase from us, please give us a call to discuss your problem and arrange for a return. Lowing Light & Grip will assess the equipment returned for repair/replacement, and, at our discretion, we will either repair or replace defective products, and cover the return shipping. If we determine that the problem was caused by abuse, neglect, accident, exposure to rain or moisture, or natural disaster, you may be responsible for parts, labor and/or shipping. We will not offer a refund or exchange on equipment that is not defective. If you are unsure about a product's effectiveness for a particular application, please call us and we will answer any questions you may have and send product literature if requested.
Refunds will be processed within a 5 to 7 day window.
